How to use Deadlift Jack

Understanding how to use a deadlift jack can significantly improve your weightlifting experience, particularly when it comes to efficiently managing heavy weights. A deadlift jack is designed to lift one end of a loaded barbell off the ground, creating enough space to easily slide weight plates on or off. To begin, position the deadlift jack next to the barbell, with the hook or cradle of the jack aligned with the bar. Step 1: Hook the Barbell

Hook the Barbell Jack not further from the knurl marks of the bar from the side you would like to add or remove the weight plates.

Step 2: Pull the mini deadlift bar jack 

Pull the Barbell Jack inwards until it is in a vertical position.


Step 3: Change your weight plates

Add or remove the weight plates, then push the jack back outwards to unhook
